Results, and how we arrived at the number

Every figure here is blended — total spend against total new customers or revenue — because platform-reported numbers overlap and flatter everyone involved.

Rebuilt a Meta account that had stopped scaling past $40k a month

Spend had plateaued for three quarters with CPA drifting upward. We consolidated 14 campaigns into four, moved the conversion event server-side, and put a weekly creative cycle in place. The account cleared $110k a month within two quarters at a lower blended CAC than it started with.

Connected LinkedIn spend to closed-won revenue

Marketing was reporting a $61 cost per lead while sales complained the leads were unusable. We imported CRM stages back into LinkedIn, changed the optimisation target and cut three audiences entirely. Cost per lead went up. Cost per qualified opportunity halved.

Found a third of native spend going to supply that never converted

A discovery campaign looked efficient on platform. Site-level analysis showed a long tail of publishers producing signups that never billed. Aggressive block-listing plus a rewritten advertorial page moved the channel from break-even to genuinely profitable.

Reporting

What you get every week, and what you get every month

Reporting is not a deck we build to look busy. It is the shortest path from what happened to what we do next.

  • Daily. A live dashboard: spend, blended CAC or ROAS, pacing against the monthly commitment.
  • Weekly. A short written note — what changed, what it did, what we are doing next week. No slides.
  • Monthly. A call with the numbers reconciled against your commerce or CRM data, including where platform claims and reality diverged.
  • Quarterly. An incrementality readout on the two largest channels, so the plan is tested rather than assumed.

Before we start

The audit is the first deliverable

A fixed-fee, two-week review of the last twelve months of spend, tracking and creative. You keep it whether or not we go further, and several companies have taken it in house and run with it. That is a fine outcome.

Wasted spend, quantified

Where the last twelve months went, at campaign and ad level, with the amount that returned nothing named in dollars.

Tracking diagnosis

Every conversion event traced from browser to platform, with duplicates, gaps and misfires documented.

A 90-day plan

What we would change, in what order, with the expected effect on cost per acquisition and the risks named.

Want the audit before the relationship?

That is how most engagements here start. Two weeks, fixed fee, yours to keep.
